Mr. Delaney is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Georgetown University Law Center and is admitted to the bars of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Ivan S. DeVoren is a partner in the Business Department and a member of the Environmental Law Practice Group at Dechert Price & Rhoads, where he concentrates his practice on environmental law. He represents and advises a variety of clients in local, state, and federal environmental matters of regulatory compliance and due diligence in connection with stock, asset, and loan transactions.
